LED Thermal Interface Management (TIM)
Providing solutions that disperse heat away from the source allows you to design and produce longer-lasting products at cost-effective pricing. We use thermal interface management materials that help to create flexible heat spreader solutions while creating the necessary bonding required. Our applications have been applied to signage, healthcare, electronics, indoor, outdoor, residential and business LED heat management. We provide silicone pads, acrylic pads and graphite.

For more information, click here.

Lens Edging Pads
Our solutions for lens pad processing work on uncoated to super-hydrophobic and super oleo phobic coated lenses. The result is improved productivity and less wastage due to greater slip resistance during the lens edging process. It yields a clean removal after the process with no adhesive residue. We can prepare the pads in a variety of die-cut shapes and formats. M&C’s Lens Edging Pads are ideal for a broad range of lenses.
